These ranges come from PNC’s own published branch list, which covered 2,240 branches as of February 28, 2026, and from branch pages on PNC’s locator that we checked for this update. In that list, four in five lobbies ran 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on weekdays and nearly all of the rest ran 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Some of those 6 p.m. branches now show a 5 p.m. close on the locator, so confirm yours before a late visit. About seven in ten branches in the list have a drive-up, and every one of them kept the same weekday hours as its lobby.

PNC observes the federal holidays, and its branch pages list a closure for each one that falls on a weekday over the next year. The dates below are the Federal Reserve’s. The status column comes from the holiday hours PNC posts for each branch, which showed the same list at every branch we checked.

PNC’s branch pages currently list closures through Labor Day 2027. “Check your branch” means PNC has not posted that date yet.
In 2027, Juneteenth and Christmas Day fall on a Saturday, and Independence Day falls on a Sunday. The Federal Reserve stays open the Friday before a Saturday holiday and closes the Monday after a Sunday one, so it will be closed on Monday, July 5, 2027. PNC has not posted its hours for that Monday.
Days that are not federal holidays, such as Good Friday, the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve, are not on PNC’s holiday list. Look at your branch page that week before you make the trip.
Holidays pause payments too. PNC’s 2026 processing calendar for business clients shows no ACH or wire processing on any federal holiday, so a payment cannot settle that day. On a normal business day, here is what time direct deposit hits.
Is PNC open on Saturday and Sunday?
Saturday depends on the branch. In PNC’s branch list, 1,429 of 2,240 branches had Saturday lobby hours, and all but seven of them ran 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. The rest were closed.
Sunday is simple. PNC states that it does not offer Sunday hours, and every branch page we checked shows the lobby and the drive-up closed on Sunday.
What time does PNC open and close?
Nearly every PNC lobby opens at 9 a.m. Most close at 5 p.m. on weekdays and some close at 6 p.m. On Saturday, the branches that open close at 1 p.m.
A handful of branches inside supermarkets keep later hours. The one we checked on PNC’s locator is open 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. on weekdays and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday.

PNC’s Spanish language line is 1-866-465-2762, and personal banking customers outside the U.S. can call collect at 412-803-7711. Both keep the same hours as the personal line.
Outside those hours, the personal and business numbers still answer with PNC Voice Banking, an automated system PNC says is available nights, weekends and holidays. It can read balances and recent activity, move money between eligible PNC accounts, order checks and start a stop payment. PNC also answers service questions on X at @PNCBank_Help.
How to bank when PNC branches are closed
The PNC Mobile app covers most branch errands. PNC lists balances and transactions, transfers, mobile check deposit, bill pay, Zelle and direct deposit setup among its features. Online Banking is free with an eligible account and includes online bill pay.
Watch the clock on deposits. A mobile or ATM check deposit completed before 10 p.m. ET on a business day can cover payments that post that night. After 10 p.m., or on a weekend or holiday, PNC treats it as made on the next business day. That gap matters when a payment is about to clear, so it helps to know how PNC overdraft fees work.
For cash, PNC cardholders can use approximately 60,000 PNC and partner ATMs without a fee, including machines inside Wawa, Sheetz, QuickChek and Turkey Hill stores. At a PNC ATM you can withdraw cash, make a deposit, check a balance, transfer money and change your PIN. Partner ATMs may only dispense cash. Many PNC ATMs are open 24 hours, and the locator shows which ones and what each machine can do.
